Welcome! My name is Dawn Ham, and I am a Real Estate Professional in the Medina County market. I specialize in Castroville and the surrounding areas, but I can help with all of Texas.

I've been married to my very supportive husband for almost 21 years. We have 2 awesome children. Riley is 11 and Clara is 8. In our spare time, should we actually find some, we show American Foxhounds and Kuvasz. We have a passion for classic cars, rebuilding and restoring our automotive history little by little. We built our house in Rio Medina 12 years ago. We've lived in Uvalde and San Antonio before settling in Rio Medina.
